Visitation is Wednesday November 11, 2015 from 2:00 pm - 7:30 pm. Family hours will be from 6:30 pm - 7:30 pm. Mrs. Heard is survived by her husband, Edward L. Heard, three children; Reginald (Tabitha) Heard, Fletcher (Monica) Heard and Charice (Robert) Heywood.
