Miss Cathleen Askew

Miss Cathleen Askew, 80, of Fayetteville, GA, affectionately known as "Cat", passed Sunday, Feb. 24, 2013. Services will be held Thursday, Feb. 28 at 1:00 PM, Merrill Chapel United Methodist Church, 430 S. Jeff Davis, Fayetteville 30215. Pastor Richard Gilbert, Officiating. Family to assemble at the residence at 12 Noon. Remains will lie in state 12 noon - 1 pm. She is survived by her siblings: Cornelius (Hazel) Askew, Idella (Rowland) Cooper, Douglas Askew, all of Fayetteville, and Theodore (Riley) Askew of Oak Park, MI; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
