Remains will lie in state from 10 AM until hour of service. Family to assemble at the residence at 10 AM. Visitation at the CHURCH tonight 7 pm - 8 pm. Interment, Sherwood Memorial Park. He is survived by wife, Annie; 4 children, Eddie J. (Melanie), Cheryl (John), Darryl (Benita) & Winston (Blanche); sister, Dorothy (Gerald) Scandrett; brothers, Joseph Jr., & Clovis Carter (Barbara); sisters-in-law, Ruby White, Louise Johnson, Patricia Scandrick; brothers-in-law, Charlie (Anna) & Clifford Scandrett; 21 grandchildren; 28 great-grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
